All shipments include insurance as standard. High-value or fragile items carry additional insurance cover, which is included in the delivery charge shown at checkout.
Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands may carry a surcharge — we will contact you before dispatch if this applies, so you can accept or cancel.
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Delivery times for international orders are typically 5–10 working days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-personalised items, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, email hello@millvalleyhome.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damage, and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 14 days.
