Mill Valley Home is a trading name of The Malu Club Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15059759) with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ.
By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to purchase goods. A contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase via Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards.
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Due to the handmade or artisan nature of many items, slight variations in colour, size, texture and finish are normal and are not considered faults. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen settings.
We deliver worldwide. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. Full delivery charges and terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns page.
You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns page.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
